Amari Cooper Will Play 10-12 Snaps In Saturday’s Game
3 years agoDallas Cowboys wide receiver Amari Cooper (ankle) will suit up for Saturday's preseason game against the Houston Texans but is expected to be on limited reps (10-12 snaps). He underwent ankle surgery during the offseason and was activated from the Physically Unable to Perform List on Tuesday. The former Las Vegas Raider reportedly feels a "100 percent" and should be all systems go for Week 1 of the regular season. Cooper hauled in 92 catches on 130 targets for 1,114 yards and five touchdowns over 16 games last season. The 27-year-old averaged 8.7 air yards per target and owned 21% of the team's target share. Cooper is a borderline WR1 and is being selected as the WR14 in FFPC leagues.
