Amed Rosario Continues To Improve
6 years agoNew York Mets shortstop Amed Rosario finally had his coming-out party on Sunday when he hit his first two home runs of the season. While Monday’s effort against the Miami Marlins wasn’t quite as good, Rosario still had himself a productive day. In a tight 2-0 victory, Rosario finished 1-for-3 with a run scored. For the season, his slash line now sits at .250/.275/.368. Those numbers are far from eye-popping or even good, but the point here is that Rosario continues to improve. For a guy that was one of the top prospects in baseball a year ago, it’s great to see. Rosario should be left in your free-agent pool in shallow redraft leagues, but there’s certainly a lot of appeal in dynasty formats if he isn’t owned already.
