Amed Rosario Waking Up Again
6 years agoLike most of his New York Mets teammates, shortstop Amed Rosario has underperformed in 2018 with short stints of productivity. Lately, he’s been on another one of his small hot streaks, but hopefully this time it's prolonged. Rosario is currently on a four-game hitting streak, and he really brought the fire on Monday against the Colorado Rockies. He finished 3-for-4 with two doubles, one run scored, and two RBI. For the year, Rosario is now slashing .246/.274/.371 with four home runs, two triples, 12 doubles, 26 runs scored, 21 RBI, and four stolen bases. There’s no doubt the talent is here for the former top prospect to become a legitimate fantasy asset, but he needs to be more consistent before he can even be considered.
