4 years agoCincinnati Reds relief pitcher Amir Garrett allowed one hit and struck out two in two-thirds of a scoreless inning of work on Wednesday night against the Giants. Garrett was inconsistent out of the bullpen early on, but he has looked much better over his last eight appearances, posting a 1.29 ERA with 10 strikeouts in seven innings of work. The Reds bullpen situation is messy to say the least, but fantasy managers looking to speculate on saves may want to take a look at grabbing Garrett now, as he could potentially get some save opportunities if he continues his recent success.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
