3 years agoAndre Fialho's first UFC victory could not have gone much better, knocking out Miguel Baeza in the first round of their contest Saturday night. After apparently breaking the nose of Baeza, Fialho landed a hard left hand that dropped his opponent and eventually led to the end of the contest. In 4:39 of action, Fialho tallied 32 significant strikes (about eight per minute), with 19 of those to the head of his opponent. It was just a matter of time before we saw that power translate over onto the big stage. We saw glimpses in his debut. Hopefully with the first-round TKO under his belt, Fialho can live up to his potential.--Matt Bricker - RotoBaller
