5 years agoLos Angeles Angels shortstop Andrelton Simmons is flying under the fantasy radar heading into the 2020 season. Few doubt Simmons' defensive ability but injuries resulted in a step backwards offensively last season. After hitting .292 with 11 home runs and 75 runs batted in during the 2018 campaign, an ankle injury and poor second half production submarined his output. Simmons drove in only 40 runs through 103 games and hit only .237 in the second half last season. Simmons has fringe fantasy value at best right now but if he can stay healthy, has a chance to contribute in 2020.--Joey C - RotoBaller
