3 years agoMinnesota Twins shortstop Andrelton Simmons (ankle) is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's game against the Kansas City Royals. Manager Rocco Baldelli mentioned that Simmons is currently dealing with some ankle soreness. Jorge Polanco will draw the start at shortstop on Thursday with Simmons out at least one more game. Simmons has been fairly disappointing this season, but hopefully he'll turn it around once he's back to full health. Polanco won't be an appealing streaming option or DFS choice for Thursday's slate.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
