3 years agoKansas City Royals outfielder Andrew Benintendi went 1-for-5 with a double, one RBI and two runs scored in a 6-3 win over the Brewers on Wednesday. He snapped an 0-for-6 skid spanning his last two games, as he's now slashing .286/.276/.500 over his last seven games with one home run, four RBI and four runs scored. Benintendi has had an up and down performance this season, but he's still managed to far surpass his dismal 2020 campaign as he's now hitting .270 with a .744 OPS, 10 home runs, seven steals, 37 RBI and 36 runs scored over 71 games. While by no means great numbers, he's still a decent enough option in deeper mixed leagues and AL-only formats.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
