4 years agoKansas City Royals outfielder Andrew Benintendi left Saturday's game late after feeling "soreness in his lower half." It's not exactly clear when Benintendi got a bit banged up, though he did lay out for a nice catch in the outfield, so perhaps he came out of the play feeling sore. At any rate, it doesn't seem to be too serious, with manager Mike Matheny saying that removing him was just precautionary- which is good news for Benintendi and his fantasy managers. Stay tuned for Sunday's lineup card to see if the 26-year-old outfielder will be able to suit up against the Rangers.--Tim Capurso
