Andrew Benintendi Smacks Third Bomb
6 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder Andrew Benintendi went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in the Red Sox loss to the White Sox on Thursday night. Benintendi is hitting a solid .273/.349/.436 but has somewhat disappointed in the power department, with this being only his third homer. The 24-year-old is in an elite run-scoring position, hitting in front of Mookie Betts and J.D. Martinez. Fantasy owners will hope that he can get on a roll as the Sox finish their series in Chicago and head to Baltimore early next week. If possible, it may be a good time to buy low on Benintendi, as owners may not be happy with the solid but underwhelming production so far.
