6 years agoBaltimore Orioles starting pitcher Andrew Cashner turned in a solid start in Friday's 15-5 win over the Rays. Cashner allowed just two runs on five hits and three walks with two strikeouts in 6 innings. He is now 3-9 on the season with a 4.33 ERA, a 6.81 K/9 rate, and a 3.77 BB/9 rate in 112 1/3 IP. Cashner's low strikeout rate and high walk rate make him a fantasy risk in the long term, but he could be considered as a streamer in deeper daily points leagues against favorable matchups, such as his upcoming start on Thursday at the Rangers.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
