Andrew Heaney Completes Quality Start Wednesday
3 years agoLos Angeles Angels starting pitcher Andrew Heaney got the no-decision in Wednesday's 8-7 victory over the Colorado Rockies. He threw six innings, giving up three runs, three walks, and picking up eight strikeouts. It was his second quality start in a row after allowing two runs over seven innings on July 22. Wednesday's outing lowered his ERA to 5.27, and he now has a 28.2 K% with a 7.7 BB%. Heaney is an option in deeper leagues, continuing to help fantasy managers with his high strikeout numbers, but won't do much in the other categories.
