4 years agoLos Angeles Angels starter Andrew Heaney will take the mound against the Indians on Tuesday. Heaney's season has been a rollercoaster, following up a strong outing with an absolute dud. The talented left-handed starter twirled 6 2/3 shutout innings on May 6 against the Rays but then got knocked around by the Astros in his next start. Heaney has struck out 49 hitters through 36 innings pitched but he needs to keep the ball in the park. Heaney has allowed six home runs over his last 15 1/3 innings and holds a 4.75 ERA overall through his first seven starts. Fantasy teams must be frustrated, especially when Heaney is posting a career-best K/9 rate (12.25) and a career-low H/9 rate (7.75).
