6 years agoIndianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck (shoulder) drew loud cheers from the crowds attending training camp activities on Monday when he slid following a scramble in team drills, according to Kevin Bowen of 1070theFan. Back in July, Luck emphasized his awareness of needing to avoid taking unnecessary hits and it appears that mentality is impacting his decision-making to some degree. In order to get the most out of his surgically-repaired shoulder, Luck will have to avoid the hero plays that defined his play early in his career. While this might mean less fantasy points on the ground, it isn't much of a sacrifice if owners can get a full season out of the quarterback.--TMax-12
