7 years agoIndianapolis Colts general manager Chris Ballard told the media on Friday that quarterback Andrew Luck (shoulder) is still not throwing a football, but is instead doing "a lot of the exercises... conducive to the same thing." The former first overall pick missed all of last year while recovering from shoulder surgery and doesn't seem too much closer to returning in 2018. There still remains plenty of time between now and the start of training camp, so fantasy owners should retain a small amount of optimism that Luck will be ready to go after an extended absence.--TMax-12
