5 years agoIndianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck (ankle) was shut down for the remainder of the preseason earlier this week. His status for Week 1 was also brought into question. On Wednesday, it became relatively clear that the team's date to determine his Week 1 status is August 26th. That would be right around 2 weeks before the team's first game which would allow backup quarterback Jacoby Brissett to receive all first-team reps and get fully prepared to start.
