Andrew McCutchen Hopes To Be Ready For Opening Day
5 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Andrew McCutchen (knee) hasn't been cleared to play in games and is still following his own workout plan as he attempts to recover from a torn ACL. Despite the delay, McCutchen still plans on being ready for Opening Day and could even see some Spring Training action if all goes well. McCutchen put up a .834 OPS in 59 games last season, his first with the Phillies, before going down for the season in the first week of June. The 33-year-old outfielder should have plenty left in the tank and could return solid fantasy value, assuming he's fully recovered, as his ADP is currently outside the top-200.
