4 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals relief pitcher Andrew Miller (toe) was placed on the 10-day injured list with a "right foot toe blister," the team announced Thursday on Twitter. Miller had just pitched in the Cardinals' game earlier in the day, allowing two runs on two hits with one strikeout in 1/3 inning of work. Miller has had a rough start to the year, posting a 6.43 ERA and 2.000 WHIP with seven strikeouts in seven innings of work. To replace Miller in the bullpen, the Cardinals recalled Kodi Whitley from the team's alternate site.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
