3 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Andrew Vaughn (COVID-19) was activated from the COVID-19 injured list on Saturday, according to James Fegan of The Athletic. Vaughn is also in the starting lineup against the Tigers, getting the start in left field and batting sixth against Detroit. It was a short stint on the IL for Vaughn, as he only missed two days, and in a corresponding move, infielder Gavin Sheets was optioned back to Triple-A. In his rookie season, Vaughn has been an OK option in deep mixed and AL-only formats, as he is slashing .226/.316/.394 with four home runs, 12 RBI and 19 runs scored over 43 games.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
