Andrew Vaughn Continues To Have Strong Second Half
3 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Andrew Vaughn went 1-for-2 with two walks and a two-run home run in Thursday's loss versus the Oakland Athletics. Vaughn's home run came off of Cole Irvin in the bottom of the fifth inning and gave the White Sox a 3-2 lead at the time. The rookie came into the season as one of the more hyped up prospects in the fantasy world, but got off to a slow start to his career. After a rough first half, Vaughn has really turned it on in the second half and has become a productive player in all formats. In his first season, Vaughn is now hitting .263 with 15 home runs and 42 RBI.
