3 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Andrew Vaughn isn't starting on Saturday against the New York Yankees and right-hander Jameson Taillon. Vaughn is hitting .262 with a .331 on-base percentage, 13 home runs, and a stolen base in 362 plate appearances this season. The outfielder started the team's last game at designated hitter. He'll be replaced in Saturday's lineup by Jake Lamb, who is batting eighth against Taillon. Lamb is hitting .222 with a .333 on-base percentage and five home runs in 105 plate appearances this season.
