3 years agoChicago White Sox first baseman/outfielder Andrew Vaughn will rest on Wednesday versus the Pittsburgh Pirates. Vaughn's bat is beginning to come alive and he is hitting .273 with a home run and two RBI over the past week. It's just a routine day off for Vaughn and the rookie should be expected to be back in the lineup on Friday versus the Seattle Mariners. Vaughn will be replaced in left field by outfielder Luis Gonzalez. Gonzalez was recently promoted to the White Sox roster and is hitless in two career at-bats with a run scored. Gonzalez will bath eighth versus Chase De Jong and is a risky play in DFS on Wednesday.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
