Andy Pages Continues To Mash In Double-A
3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfield prospect Andy Pages extended his hitting streak to six games on Thursday by going 1-for-5 with a two-run homer for Double-A Tulsa. The Cuban is now hitting .239 with five home runs, 27 RBI and three stolen bases. The 21-year-old is coming off of an impressive 2021 campaign that saw him hit .265 with 31 home runs, 88 RBI and six stolen bases. Those impressive numbers won him the High-A Central MVP award. With very good bat speed and the power to back it up, Pages should have a bright future ahead of him. Unfortunately for Pages, the Dodgers have an All-Star roster at the big-league level, but he could be trade bait for the club, and that would increase his chances of making the Show sooner than later. Fantasy managers in dynasty leagues should keep an eye on one of the best power hitters in the minor leagues at the moment.
