2 years agoAtlanta Braves pitcher Touki Toussaint was designated for assignment on Saturday. It didn't take long for another organization to show interest in the right-hander. The Los Angeles Angels have acquired Toussaint from the Braves in exchange for cash considerations. This is a solid low-risk move for the Angels as the 26-year-old was a top prospect a few years ago. This season, Toussaint has struggled in the minor leagues with the Braves. He's posting a 6.26 ERA, 1.61 WHIP and 53/25 K/BB ratio over 41 2/3 innings at Triple-A Gwinnett. Right now, this move shouldn't concern fantasy managers. However, this could end up being a nice move for the Angels down the road.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
