4 years agoThe Los Angeles Angels will add middle infielder Jeremiah Jackson and shortstop Kyren Paris to their player pool. Jackson, 20, was the clubs second-round pick in 2018 and had an impressive campaign in rookie ball this past season. Jackson hit .266 with 23 longballs and 60 RBI to go along with five stolen bases in 65 games. Despite those impressive numbers, Jackson still has a bad habit of swinging and missing and must control strikeouts at the next level. Paris, 18, was the Angels 2019 second-round pick and only has three games on his resume as a pro as he was dealing a hamate fracture. Paris projects as a good contact hitter and a steady defender. Both Jackson and Paris are names to keep an eye in keeper and dynasty leagues, but can be ignored in redraft leagues.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
