6 years agoThe Los Angeles Angels have hired former Astros coach Doug White to be their new pitching coach. White has been a pitching coach in some capacity since 2003, when he was with the Montreal Expos. He was the Astros bullpen coach last season, after serving as their minor league pitching coordinator before that. He will inherit a pitching staff that won't have Shohei Ohtani next season, and is losing Garrett Richards to free agency as well.--patton
