6 years agoThe Los Angeles Angels have recalled infielder Sherman Johnson. To make room on the active roster, they have added starter Nick Tropeano (shoulder) to the 60-day DL. Tropeano was not expected to pitch again this season, so this has no bearing on his status. Johnson, 28, has been in LA's system since 2012. He will be making his big league debut if/when he gets into a game. He has experience around the diamond, likely limiting him to utility duty for the next few weeks. He has limited power and speed, so his fantasy relevance is virtually nothing.--patton
