6 years agoThe Los Angeles Angels have signed 16-year-old outfielder Alexander Ramirez. Ramirez was ranked No. 24 by MLB Pipeline in this year's international class. Scouting reports peg Ramirez as a future corner outfielder with some raw power that could play up as he matures. Obviously Ramirez is a long ways away from the major leagues, but in dynasty formats he is worth a closer look.--patton
