6 years agoAtlanta Braves starter Anibal Sanchez went six innings, allowing one run on six hits in Wednesday's 2-1 win over the San Francisco Giants. Sanchez issued a season-high five walks in the outing while striking out four batters. The 34-year-old has been solid all season for the Braves. He has a 6-5 record with a sparkling 3.01 ERA, 1.12 WHIP, and 118/39 K/BB ratio through 21 starts. Sanchez's next start will come against the St. Louis Cardinals on either Monday or Tuesday.
