4 years agoNew York Islanders left wing Anthony Beauvillier recorded two goals in Saturday's 3-2 shootout win over Philadelphia. He started the scoring with a power-play marker and put the Isles two goals up before the Flyers managed to sneak a point. Mathew Barzal, who had the lone assist on Beauvillier's second goal, was the only scorer in the shootout. Beauvillier isn't on Barzal's line, but he's still managed to put up some nice numbers lately with six goals and eight points in seven games. He had only six points for the season prior to the hot streak, so it's been quite a turnaround. Beauvillier gets to meet the Flyers and their leaky defense again during a four-game slate next week.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
