4 years agoToronto Blue Jays relief pitcher Anthony Castro (forearm) and second baseman Joe Panik (calf) were activated from the injured list on Saturday, the team announced through Twitter. Castro has been out since the end of April with forearm tightness, while Panik last appeared in a game on May 9. Panik is slashing .226/.241/.302 with four RBI and two runs scored over 19 games this season, and can be safely ignored in practically all formats. Castro on the other hand has looked good with a 0.00 ERA and nine strikeouts in 7 1/3 innings of work. He's a good option to take a look at in SV/HLD formats.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
