Anthony DeSclafani Rocked On Thursday
4 years agoCincinnati Reds right-hander Anthony DeSclafani was roughed up in a 9-6 loss to the Pittsburgh Pirates on Thursday. DeSclafani allowed nine runs in two innings of work. He coughed up three homers while striking out just one batter. So much for what looked to be a plus matchup for DeSclafani heading into the start on Thursday as he couldn't get anything going for his team. He had been pitching well heading into the start so hopefully he can get back on track going forward. DeSclafani has a 1-1 record, 6.23 ERA, 1.31 WHIP, and nine strikeouts in 13 innings of work.
