Anthony Firkser Finishes With Two Catches
3 years agoTennessee Titans tight end Anthony Firkser caught two passes on two targets for 15 yards during Sunday's preseason 34-3 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He grabbed both passes during the team's opening drive. The 26-year-old is expected to be the Titans starting tight end and could be featured heavily in the red zone, according to head coach Mike Vrabel. Geoff Swaim is currently listed ahead of Firkser on the tight end depth chart but will be used more as a blocker. Firkser caught 39 passes for 387 yards and one touchdown over 16 games in 2020. The Harvard product is currently being drafted as TE22 in FFPC leagues and is a solid backup option in deep-league or tight end premium formats.
