3 years agoLos Angeles Angels third baseman Anthony Rendon went 3-for-5 with a double and five RBI in Tuesday's win over the San Francisco Giants. Rendon posted just a .606 OPS with two homers in May but put it all behind him with one of his best performances of the season. The veteran third baseman extended the Angels lead with a two-run single in the third, then later cleared the bases with a three-run double. Rendon's HR/FB rate and zone-contact percentage are both well below his normal marks, making him a potential buy-low candidate, although the window could be closing after this performance.--Tim Capurso
