5 years agoRendon showed us why he’s one of the best hitters in the league, belting a double against Clayton Kershaw to give the Nats a 3-0 lead in the second inning. He walked in the first inning as well, allowing the Nats to stretch out the inning and score a run on the Howie Kendrick single. The Nationals evened up the series on the backs of Rendon and Strasburg, and they’ll face off with Hyun-Jin Ryu on Sunday night. Rendon is going to be a guy Ryu will try to pitch around, as he absolutely demolishes lefties.--RotoBaller
