Anthony Rizzo Hits Fifth Home Run
4 years agoChicago Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Sunday's loss versus the Cincinnati Reds. It was his first home run in eight games and fifth on the season. Rizzo has been in a bit of a slump and is hitting just .222 on the season and he has only knocked in nine runs this season, but he has chipped in three stolen bases. Rizzo should eventually get the batting average up and his power shouldn't be an issue moving forward. The upcoming free agent remains one of the most consistent players at his position. The lefty will draw a tough battle versus Walker Buehler on Monday and can be avoided in DFS.
