4 years agoBaltimore Orioles outfielder Anthony Santander continued to show off his improved plate discipline in Monday's 6-5 loss to the Pirates, going 0-for-2 with two walks and two strikeouts. The 26-year-old, who owns a career 4.9% walk rate, now has nine walks this season, batting .296 with an impressive .472 on-base percentage. Santander has been a surprise fantasy contributor the past several season, slashing .261/.315/.575 with 11 home runs and 32 RBI in 2020. With some exciting bats in the O's lineup with him, Santander should be on fantasy managers' radars as a mid-range outfielder for 2021, especially if his can continue to improve his plate discipline.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
