4 years agoBaltimore Orioles outfielder Anthony Santander (leg) left Tuesday's game with an apparent leg injury. Santander singled in the first inning and landed awkwardly on his left leg while attempting to get back to the base on a pickoff throw. The veteran outfielder was noticeably in pain and was unable to put any weight on the leg as he was helped off the field. Austin Hays, who recently came off the injured list, came in to replace Santander. The Orioles should provide an update on the status of Santander after the game.--Tim Capurso
