7 years agoBaltimore Orioles prospect Anthony Santander hit his first major league home run off Yankees reliever Domingo Germán Sunday afternoon. Santander's two-run shot to right-center field gave Baltimore a 7-6 lead in the top of the seventh inning. Before being chosen in the Rule 5 Draft, Santander was in the Indians farm system where he showed 15 to 20 home run potential. He will remain in Baltimore for at least the first six weeks of the season to avoid being sent back to Cleveland, and he has a chance at providing solid fantasy value if he continues to hit well through the rest of the month.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
