6 years agoDallas Stars goaltender Anton Khudobin is confirmed to start Tuesday's road game against the Florida Panthers. Khudobin has managed a subpar 9-10-3 record, but he has a strong 2.45 goals-against average and .924 save percentage in 22 starts and 24 appearances. He has been the better goaltender over the past two-plus months in Dallas, as Ben Bishop has been terribly erratic. Khudobin has allowed three or fewer goals in 15 consecutive appearances (14 starts) while posting one shutout. If the Stars provided a little more offensive support, his record would be more impressive. The offense has managed just 15 goals over his past eight starts.--Daniel Dobish
