6 years agoDallas Stars backup goaltender Anton Khudobin drew the start in Monday's 2-1 loss against the Columbus Blue Jackets, allowing just two goals on 28 shots. One of the goals Khudobin allowed was a power-play goal to Cam Atkinson, but he received just one goal of support in the home setback. He has allowed three or fewer goals in all six of his outings this season, going 3-2-1 with a 2.32 goals-against average and .926 save percentage. If anything happens to Ben Bishop the Russian veteran has shown he can handle himself with aplomb if given the chance to start.--Daniel Dobish
