Antonio Gibson Scores Second Touchdown Of Season
4 years agoWashington Football Team running back Antonio Gibson ran for 49 yards on nine carries and added 11 yards on three receptions in a loss to the Browns on Sunday. The rookie running back lost a fumble early in the game, but head coach Ron Rivera stuck with Gibson who was given the goal line work, despite the fumble, and plunged into the end zone from two yards out. The Washington offense has been mostly ineffective in the young season, but Gibson has been heavily involved and should see better days ahead. He'll be a flex option at best, however, in a tough matchup with Baltimore next week.
