3 years agoWashington Football Team running back Antonio Gibson could be in for a huge workload in Week 2 against the New York Giants on Thursday night. The sophomore was leaned on quite a bit in Week 1, as he turned 23 touches into 108 scrimmage yards. With Taylor Heinicke under center, the Washington offense could increase the usage of Gibson if they don't want to give their new starting quarterback the green light to sling it all over the field. Heinicke's rushing ability could open up some more lanes for Gibson, and the strong Washington defense will likely give the rushing attack a positive game script. The 23-year-old is a locked and loaded RB1 for Week 2 as he won't be short of volume.--Tommy Adamopoulos - RotoBaller
