3 years agoWashington Football Team running back Antonio Gibson had a solid showing in Week 1 as he finished with 20 carries for 90 yards and added three receptions for 18 yards. With Ryan Fitzpatrick exiting the game early, the Washington offense leaned on the run more than expected. If Fitzpatrick were to miss some time, Taylor Heinicke could potentially open some more running lanes for the sophomore running back. The 23-year-old will remain a lower-end RB1 no matter who is the signal-caller for the Washington offense, and he should once again be leaned on heavily in Week 2 against the New York Giants.--Tommy Adamopoulos - RotoBaller
