Antonio Senzatela Lit Up On Saturday
3 years agoColorado Rockies starting pitcher Antonio Senzatela took the loss on Saturday when he allowed six runs on six hits with two walks over just two-thirds of an inning in an 11-2 loss to the Diamondbacks. This one was over before it began as the D-Backs jumped all over Senzatela in the first inning. Arizona went all the way through the lineup and had five hits that drove in runs in the nightmare of an inning. Senzatela had reeled off eight quality starts over his last nine outings before this implosion, so this is not how he wanted to end the year. He finishes the regular season with a 4-10 record, 4.42 ERA, 1.34 WHIP and 105:32 K:BB over 156 2/3 innings (28 starts). He's not really on the fantasy radar heading into next season, despite the solid finish.
