6 years agoMontreal Canadiens goaltender Antti Niemi will be between the pipes on Friday against the Buffalo Sabres. Niemi allowed six goals on 43 shots during his last appearance on November 13. The veteran netminder has a 4-2-0 record on the season but an unsettling 3.74 goals-against average and .887 save percentage. The Sabres have won seven straight games and are showing no signs of slowing down. They also put four goals past Niemi back on October 25 in a 4-3 win.
