Archie Bradley Earns Relief Win Versus Nats On Monday
3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies relief pitcher Archie Bradley pitched 1 2/3 scoreless innings on Monday and earned the win when the Phillies rallied in the ninth inning. Bradley was called upon to escape a jam left by Jose Alvarado and went on to pitch a scoreless eighth inning, picking up a strikeout along the way. Bradley has a 2.90 ERA in his first season with Philadelphia, but his 5.09 xFIP and 5.11 SIERA imply he's been lucky up to this point. He won't get saves with Ian Kennedy in town and he's got just a 12.7% strikeout rate. Bradley has little use in fantasy at this point.
