4 years agoAric Almirola starts from the 16th spot on Sunday at the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500. Last week, the Stewart-Haas Racing driver surprised many by nearly finishing in the top-ten (11th). He came from the 32nd position at the start and charged into the top-ten a few times during the Phoenix race. His car has the ability to get into this position again. The question is can Almirola avoid mistakes and mishaps? He nearly brushed the wall a few times in Phoenix and crashed out at Vegas.
