3 years agoAric Almirola finds ways to finish well at Texas. His average finish there is only 13.67 but the Stewart-Haas Racing driver has four top-ten results. Almirola has even led laps in four consecutive races including 62 in the Fall 2019 race and 35 last year. The No. 10 car begins 22nd on Sunday and is expected to tick off some very fast laps as he heads up the field. This is the thought process anyway. Track conditions will be excellent for Almirola and fairly cool for the afternoon. That has been the theme in the past few races at Texas.
