4 years agoThe Oakland Athletics added six players to their player pool Wednesday, including first-round pick Robert Puason. The 17-year-old infielder will report to the team's satellite camp. Puason is highly unlikely to play in the majors this season, but it's good news for his long-term development to train with big-leaguers. Among the five other players Oakland added, Eric Campbell is the only one with major league experience, but that was back in 2016, so he won't be fantasy relevant. Luis Barrera had a good season in Double-A last year and could become an injury replacement with the A's this season, but he still faces long odds to make an impact in fantasy as well.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
